KMR-Service GmbH

Since 1995 KMR Service GmbH has specialized in manufacturing long-distance heat plants. The equipment and service delivered are characterized by the highest possible level of quality and reliability.

In addition to providing long-distance heating plants KMR offer services with regard to retroactive insulation and plastics welding for pipe and container construction.

KMR Service GmbH is certified according to the long-distance heat consortium criteria FW 605, thus guaranteeing that they are working in line with the relevant quality standards. KMR staff has obtained all required permissions for the fitting of sleeves and plastic welding.

1. Local- & long distance heating pipelines

- rigid plastic casing pipe (single and double pipe)
- flexible plastic casing pipe with steel service pipe
- flexible plastic casing pipe as PEX- pipe (single and double pipe)
- Spiral duct/ Spiro pipe (single and double pipe)

All pipe systems are being manufactured according to the relevant German standards and can be delivered with all usual insulation levels. The pipes can be fitted with any required monitoring systems and can be delivered in lengths of 6, 12 or 16 m.2. Services for district heating systems

KMR Service GmbH has all frequently required parts for long-distance heating on stock and can supply them at short notice.2.1 Subsequent Insulation

Seit 2005 arbeitet die KMR Service GmbH mit der Firma ZPUM, einem leistungsstarken polnischen Kunststoffmantelrohrhersteller zusammen. Die angebotenen Rohrsysteme sind an deutschen und westeuropäischen Prüfinstituten geprüft und entsprechen den Normen nach EN und DIN. Die KMR Service GmbH hat das alleinige Vertriebsrecht der Produkte von ZPUM in Deutschland.

2.3 Manufacture of shaped parts and spezial design units

Auf der Grundlage der gültigen DIN-, EN- und AGFW- Vorschriften bzw. -Richtlinien werden nach Ihren Vorgaben Bauteile wie zum Beispiel KMR- Sondergradbögen, KMR-Abzweige, Hülsrohre mit Schraubkappe und andere Bauelemente von uns in der Werkstatt vorgefertigt.
Bei der Fertigung dieser Teile bedienen wir uns moderner CNC- gesteuerter Maschinen. Schweißnähte, die auf der Baustelle hergestellt werden müssen, werden von uns grundsätzlich mit einem für die jeweilige Aufgabe passenden Extrusionsgerät ausgeführt.

- construction of biogas plants in various sizes and configurations
- calculation and structural analysis
- supply of district heating lines, tanks and insulation
- pest control: rodent control, disinsectisation and disinfection of holdings and equipment

4.0 Plastics processing & manufacture of reservoirs, tanks and containers

Die KMR Service GmbH fertigt Kunststoffbehälter entsprechend der vorgesehenen Planung entweder auf der Baustelle oder in der Werkstatt. Auf Wunsch wird dazu auch eine entsprechende statische Berechnung geliefert.

Wir können mit unserer modernen Plattenschweißmaschine Behälter in allen Dimensionen mit Wandstärken bis 20 mm fertigen. Weiterhin fertigen wir zum Beispiel Wannen, Kästen, Profile, Sonderbehälter, Kondensatschächte, Auffangwannen und Schwimminseln.
