Jabitherm Rohrsysteme AG has been producing pre-insulated pipes for the chemical industry, petro-chemical industry, food industry and cold industry 25 years. The outer sheating is a spiral-fold-duct with inside lockseam made of aluminium, aluminium-zinc or stainless steel. Additionally a heating-system can be integrated.

Pre-insulated pipes are designed exactly according to customer specifications for service pipe and outer sheating. Furthermore we can offer a well-trained and experienced team for all insulation work in situ.

Jabitherm RAPID system is based on fast and simple handling at industrial applications. The main advantages are the minimized work after installation of the pipe and the opportunity of the employment of clamps directly onto the outer jacket.

Jabitherm FIRESAFE is a combination of pipe and up to three(!) thermal insulation layers. Each separated by a layer of metallic sheathing from the following. This construction with special polyurethane foam increases the effect of the insulation and fire protection dramatically.

Product pipes: Carbon steel welded or seamless, stainless steel welded
or seamless, epoxy fibre-glass GRE, copper, HDPE, PP,
PVC, PVDF, cast iron, customer’s specification.
Insulation: Rigid polyurethane foam (free of halogenated hydrocarbons)
or polyurethane B1
Casings: Aluzinc AZ 185, aluminium, stainless steel

Heat transfer

Every product can be prepared for tracing systems. Therefore empty pipes will be bonded by heat conductive glue onto the carrier pipe during the production.
