IBASS GmbH & Co.KG is a leading specialist for processing welding seams in pipelines from the inside. The welding seams can be reached over a long distance by in-pipe manipulators and are being processed remotely. Thanks to the know-how of IBASS GmbH & Co.KG this can also be achieved in closed systems, by inserting the in-pipe manipulators into the system via openable pipe elements such as fittings, gate valves or manholes.

The IBSS engineering office offers services and solutions for radiation protection and for plant engineering and construction in the nuclear power industry.

Thanks to years of experience in dealing with radioactivity IBSS are able to provide effective training and instruction to customers as well as to client staff concerning the proper behaviour in nuclear facilities. IBSS deals with artificial radioactive radiation and the required protection at the workplace, based on the German Radiation Protection Regulation (StrlSchV).
